Thato Gabaitse

 Thato Gabaitse is a Botswana-based climate policy strategist and grassroots advocate. She leads national and regional dialogues on just energy transitions and gender-responsive climate action, contributing to global platforms such as UNGA, COP forums, and Indigenous Peoples’ strategies.

A Purpose Earth grantee, Thato was named among the 100 Influential African Women (2025) for her leadership in bridging diplomacy, community mobilisation, and sustainable development policy.
