Katlego S. Malesa

 Katlego Segopotse Malesa, born in Ga Makgopa Sekhukhune, Burgersfort, Limpopo (Fetakgomo Tubatse Municipality), is an activist and community leader deeply engaged in environmental and social justice. She is the Project Coordinator at SCMAC, Deputy Secretary of MEJCON SA, Chairperson of the Limpopo Coalition, and Founder of Women Reign, a women- and youth-led nonprofit that addresses poverty and unemployment through environmental clean-ups, tree planting, food gardening, and advocacy work.

Active with SCMAC since 2013, Katlego has coordinated numerous projects such as DOJ (PLEAJ), SORE, Hlanganisa, and others. She has collaborated with NGOs including CALS, LHR, 350.org, BHRRC, Amnesty International SA, SAHRC, DOJ, and SAHRD, advancing social and environmental justice.
