Chemonges is a lawyer, human rights defender, researcher, and advocacy enthusiast with over eight years of experience in the NGO, Government, Education and legal sectors. He has worked in the Parliament of Uganda as a reporter and media specialist for equally over seven (7) years. His areas of specialization include among others: Public Policy, Parliamentary Development, Governance and Advocacy, legal practice, project management, research, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, strategic planning, and legal compliance. He also has a keen interest in leadership, business, Health Governance, and Climate Change
